BluePrint Performance Yoga with Rachael Antoniou

Rachael found her passion for Yoga in Dubai where she completed her YTT training and began teaching.

Originally using Yoga herself as an ease for aches and pains created through exercise she discovered that the combination of Yoga and Exercise you can build strength, stamina, mobility and flexibility. It’s possible to have them all.

Yoga is not only in the movement of our bodies, there are many other aspects we practice throughout the class, covering breathing techniques, coping with emotions and connecting mind, body and soul through guided relaxation.

Through practice you will learn how to manage daily life off the mat better also!
